When you start a weight loss project(yes,i do it once in every month, and closure is always a week ahead) and
1.You have been invited for a party which has all your favorites.
2. An offer of tray full of free chocolates @ work place.
3. You make kuzhi paniyaram for rest of the family and you sit with a cereal bowl.
4. You have reminded of workouts when you are extremely tired out of a full day.
5. A pamphlet of new offers from pizza hut.

Mind over matter – to be precise, mind over platter
Specifics:
1) Eat a healthy meal at home and nibble on salads/dal/raita at the party
2) Pass on the tray to someone else
3) Feel proud of your resistance – and how happy you’ll feel on seeing the scale show a lower weight
4) Plan to workout for a small amount of time (even 15 mins will do) on very busy days – you’ll feel more energized
5) Throw the pamphlet away – your arteries will thank you
You can do it !! The first week is the hardest, the first month is hard, then it will become routine

Million dollar? are you kidding?
Am already on track and one above is a free advice.
And keen on only free advice from you too.

🙂 Free advice doesn’t work. There should be some dakshinai. Isn’t it? The more you think of it (the weight loss), the more will it torture you. summa vidunga. 🙂
