Few days back,I have got a page request from one of my friends in Facebook.But that friend well informed all of us by his status message that if so&so message comes from him don’t do it.
And when i opened the page request it was from that friend and it read so&so as stated by him.Since i was well informed,i ignored it.Not sure if it had any threat involved.That friend claims that his account has been hacked and such a spam being sent out.
This is the first time a spam is seen in Facebook or its the friend who just plays some pranks,not able to conclude.
Any FB users with similar experience?

Spammers must be shot. Why is it they don’t get to suffer from “spammer’s block” ?

Hacking an account and then sending spam is very common on Facebook for the users who use all the various apps. The Apps store your personal data and the apps get hacked resulting in all the use information getting hacked..and so the cycle goes..

But this is the first time am facing one.
Too much of applications which you will have to assure permission if you are using it even once.
